Andrew Gross Jr.
CEO

Andy started in the transportation business back in 1962 working for his father's company RAZ Trucking. He has worked in other transportation fields such as Purchasing and Exporting. In early 1982 he started an On-Demand Company called Instant Delivery and operated the successful company until he sold it in 1995. He retired shortly after. After 7 years he had enough of retirement life. He lives in Pittsford, NY with his youngest son.

President

Andy followed in his father's footsteps. He went to work for the elder Andy in 1984 as a driver for Instant Delivery. He went on to hold various positions in the company from Dispatcher to Sales Manager to Vice President. When the company was sold to US Delivery in 1995 he stayed on as Regional Operations Manager. Andy was General Manager of the Rochester Branch right up until he departed in December 2003. Not too long after he joined his father at Instant Again. He lives in Greece, NY with his wife and twin Boys.

Keith Rugg
Operations

Keith has been in the delivery business since the late 1980’s when he delivered furniture. He then joined Instant Delivery in 1991 as a driver. He became a dispatcher in 1993 and then head dispatcher in 1994. After the company was sold Keith stayed on and became a vital part of the On-Demand Team in Upstate NY. Keith joined Instant Again in December 2003 as a key member of the operations team. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations with his focus on Service. He resides in Farmington, NY.
